I'm sorry to hear of the death of your server but I would contact Dave direct.
I saw him and Tony Grant at the weekend and got the impression he doesn't read this forum often.
Tony is briefly in the UK for Christmas and to do a talk at a University somewhere it was really nice to catch up with him and a few of us had tea at a place in Twickenham that Rob Bell is involved with.
