So "with a little help from my frien" i found that forum:

He says again that it has to be "attached" to a server such as appache, with mysql in php installed on the server. (whatever that means!)
And then we can use the interface given by phpbb.
Is that possible?
If it is i can start "custumizing" it for us, and with could be several admin to make it even nicer.
I'm going to post this message also on grobag and on the message board to reach as many people as possible.
