i checked out The Fox -- they have a room which holds 100 people -- downstairs outside area for smoking -- cost of room with barstaff 150.00, cost of food 5.25 per person -- it was still bookable for Fri 21st/Sat 22nd Sept, but don't know for how much longer
Brian suggested a camping weekend, which i guess has advantages re freedoms, more time, and space to park
